Three monkeys, cavorting, harvesting peaches, their frolics depicted front-and back, up, down and around the holLow two piece handle, on solid bronze shoehorn engraved with similar scenes front and back of monkeys in branches.
Overall length : 10"
Length of the figural handle : 4-1/4" (x 1-1/8" x 2/3"), 3 dimensional, with repousse figures, gold, silver & other colored metal accents and patination.
Exposed shoehorn : 6-1/4" x 1-3/4" wide
Condition : seam repairs to handle joint; rear side of hand missing from monkey grasping shoehorn, patina and minor wear commensurate with age.
