'Early Pawn' Navajo Bar with Natural Turquoise in Wire twist collet.

Spirals : "life renewal by returning to the source"

spirals have represented life and earth cycles, from personal to planetary, as far back as the Anasazi

Hand-worked silver : three spiral-twist wires extend opposite a rainbow of three concentric hand-formed arches, on bar struck with arrowheads.
(verso has typical 1940's-50's pin, hinge and safety catch, as customary)

Turquoise : polished oval of good untreated greenish natural turquoise approx 3/8" x 1/4"
