WESLEYAN METHODIST SOCIETY QUARTERLY TICKETS
Tickets are from the Earl family of Toronto, singed by prominent ministers of the period 1813 - 1870
Tickets were given quarterly as token of church membership to members who had weekly attendance at church class meetings. They were also proof of members' good standing to participate in holy communion.
"Once a quarter one of the ministers of the circuit visits each class to distribute to the members their tickets
