Antique Parcel Gilt 950 Silver Miniature Goblet, from a traveling set or youth set,  
 
the bowl gilt inside and along a broad band at top, above multiple tiers of fine fluting and other refined details; applied rococo crest with cursive cypher "DM" 
 
Maker mark :  "E P" flanking pocketknife image, in losenge/diamond, mark used from 1857 by the family firm founded in 1820, and continued in use by Emile's grandson,  Jean Puiforcat (1897-1945) 
 
Quality mark :  Paris mark of framed Mercury head for 1st standard (950 silver), Paris for export 
(both marks appear 2x, on cup rim and under base) 
 
Height :  3";	Weight : 1.41 troy ounce 
 
Provenance :  inherited through an international family with Paris residence; by family tradition, a piece of baby silver
