Profusely engraved in a pattern of scrolling on vertical ribbed ground, the collar, 3 cm
(approx 1-1/4"wide), centering in an oval cartouche,

script spray monogram “B”, surrounded by
“London 1895" and "St. Paul, U.S.A."

Overall Length : 28”, terminating in original/period turned brass steel-tip ferrule

Hallmarks and Maker mark : maker B.T.", English hallmarks for sterling silver, assayed in Birmingham, gothick "u" date letter for 1894-1895.
