Painted enamel center ornament , boy and girl in traditional dress of the Swiss Canton Zug (in German, “Zug”; in French, “Zoug”).
Blue counter enamel verso, lettered "Zoug”
Oval, size 1-1/8 x 3/4” in its gold frame with delicate floral sprays applied (some missing)

Three interchangeable parts
-- Center (enamel) ornament (works as lock)
-- Two 7-1/2” lengths of 18k gate links
-- 18k double lock
