Hallmarks for Berlin, with date mark “C” in circle and maker mark “ Maker : EB” (not traced).

“ To ‘Pussycat’ / From -- Your mice 
 Arolsen, November 1946’ 
  
Arolsen, Germany [then in the British occupation zone] was headquarters of UNRRA [United Nations Relief and Rehabilitation Administration] from January 1946 to 1947, supporting, repatriating, tracing and reuniting millions of non-German refugees / holocaust survivors. Archives at Arolsen continue to be unearthed , released and researched today.
