(“Righteous not Repentant”; “The Upright does not Repent”)

Motto in Garter, around a raised arm clutching two leafy branches.
Armorial with motto, intaglio carved in slightly bi-convex oval of white-banded black agate chalcedony, a single white band horizontal across the center. Originally in the 18th or 19th century seal ring of a peer in Britain's Order of the Garter, the gem was re-framed later as a pendant in gold tested 14-15k.
