BRITISH ROYAL ARMS, red, blue and green enamels on gold, pierced & molded in low relief with the lion for England and unicorn for Scotland, flanking the quartered arms which include the harp of Ireland ... crowned and with garter.

Circa : late 1800's - early 1900's, circa 1880-1910.
