Gems : oval faceted, untested, assumed quartz or strass, graduating slightly 5.5 x 4.5 to 5 x 3 mm, foil-backed in scallop-&-point-edge collets above flat gold backs,

gem colors shimmering greyish acqua blue to yellow to green

Circa : 1795 - 1810, a delicate original ring from the Jane Austin era

Gold tested : 14 - 15k, Gross wt : .048 troy oz.

Ring tapers 5.8 mm to 1.2mm, flat rose gold shoulders and hoop with grooved patterning; 1 or 2 slight dents in gold behind gems, overall good to very good condition
