Diamonds : 20 single cut diamonds of vintage proportions, total .40 carats, mostly VS-SI1, clarity, H color, ; each bead-set above a-jour cut-out, uniformly spaced along band, in a miligrain-border frame; one engraved platinum rosette marks a spot at which the ring may have once been enlarged, with a near-imperceptible seam

Band : 2mm wide x 1.25mm deep; each diamond is set above an eye-shape a-jour; both sides of the band retain the original graceful miligrain-bordered hand-engraved pattern of scrolls

Metal : Platinum, touchstone tested; no quality mark found
