“SEDGWICK” Scenic Transfer SPODE ENGLISH PORCELAIN TEA POT

Circa : 1800-20

Gilding : nice original gold Grecian neoclassical patterns and gilt finial, unusually fine & complete

Length : handle to spout, 10”; height 6”

Four black transfer landscape vignettes, one titled (semi-legibly) “Sedgwick”

SEDGWICK , Cumbria, in the lake district of Northwest England, is on the route of the Lancaster Canal (created by Act of 1792, in use 1826).
