Signed : underglaze blue mark “Stoneware / T.W.”
"Stoneware" in the maker's mark typically denotes the ceramic formula was improved by the addition of ground "soapstone" (steatite), also known in England as 'china stone'.
Condition : overall fine, one old shallow chip to underside of rim, visible only from beneath (see photo) & one interior slightly darkened from use.
