the 5/8" (16mm) diameter platinum top plate, approx 1/8" (3mm) thick, is bead-set, pavé in a radiating pattern of diamonds, with bars of miligain detailing;
two additional diamonds are similarly set in platinum chevrons on each of the heavy deeply and well carved shoulders of warm yellow gold

Width of the ring tapers from 17mm at crown to 6.5mm beneath the finger

Circa : 1935-50

Diamonds : 5 are brilliant full-cut, including the center .10ct, plus
four avg .07ct on shoulders; the five full-cut diamonds total .40ct;
20 diamonds are round single-cut, avg .03ct, and total .60ct.

All are bead-set in platinum; average clarity is I, color H-J;
total of all 25 diamonds estimated .98--1.00 carat;
