Case : measured 33mm (plus crown); 40mm across the lugs; depth approx 10mm including the crystal; polygon (dodecagonal) screw-down case back

Case back signed : "VULCAIN WATCH CO / SWISS / 11283 / 290011 / INCABLOC - AUTOMATIC - WATERPROOF - ANTIMAGNETIC"
Hallmark on back of one lug : 18k Helvetia oval image mark used in Switzerland 1934-1995 (ref : Whetstone, Niklewicz et al, World Hallmarks)

Watch bracelet : yellow gold of heavy flexible chain mesh with bars & end caps, approximately 7/8"wide, terminating in hinged 3/4 x 7/8"gold box lock with applied monogram letters, adjustable to several lengths; no mark found, gold tested by touchstone 18k.

Overall length around wrist adjusts from "8" to approximately 9"
Gross weight, complete : 2.75 troy ounces

Condition : keeping great time, although not serviced and thus without guarantee (We have not opened the screw-down case back) crystal appears to be glass, in very good to fine condition; face, hands and markers fine.
Bracelet : one of the smallest cross- links is missing from a series of five, not affecting performance
