About John Molineaux :
“John Molineaux first appeared in the Boston city directories in 1805 with Samuel Cook in the hardware business...Not until 1810 did he describe himself as a founder, which he then continued to do until his death in 1829.”
He worked continuously in Boston except four years (1811 to 1815) in Camden, Maine, where he signed “Molineaux Camden”
Molineaux specialized in fireplace equipment.
