Mahogany double-gate DEMI-LUNE GAME TABLE, Hepplewhite, circa 1785 - 90,

primary wood : mahogany
secondary : spruce, fir, red pine family

Ht : 29" x 36 x 17-3/4" closed; Opens on double-gate
to approx 36” diameter.

Secondary wood suggests origin in American South to Mid Atlantic States, or Scottish to West Country Britain from which many American Immigrant cabinetmakers came.
