Classic Dutch form with well made orb, scrolls, turnings.
Made for gas, recently electrified without visible wires
(wires were drawn through tubes).
(Gas fixtures typically show a stop-cock with which gas was turned on and off; this one does not, and apparently was installed in sequence with another.)
